Return refund policy

· Due to the nature of products, return or exchange is not posssible

· Products once shipped cannot be exchanged or returned. 

· Ensuring safety is our top priority in both packaging and delivery processes.

· However, if the product you receive has a genuine quality or manufacturing defect or is damaged during transit, please send us an image

· We will evaluate the extent of damage and proceed with a partial or full replacement as necessary

· Please be aware that we cannot process any replacement requests if the product has been used.

· While we take utmost care in packing your orders, if by any chance you have received a wrong product or any items is/are missing in the package you receive, please send us an image

· We will look into the issue and take immediate action within 1 or 2 days.

A reverse pick-up will be scheduled for the wrong product. Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn
